Congruent Living Academy Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Congruent Living Academy!

By purchasing and participating in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Terms
One-Time Payment: You may choose to pay a one-time fee of $3,500 for full access to the 3-month program.

By paying in full, you’ll receive 2 bonus coaching sessions, which you can schedule at any time once payment is received.

Payment Schedule: For monthly payments, the first payment is due at the time of purchase, with each subsequent payment due on the same date each month.

Applicable Taxes: Please note that taxes may apply based on your location and will be added at checkout.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds: Refund requests are available within the first 14 days after purchase. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

3. Access and Participation

Program Access: Your purchase includes access to live sessions, recordings, the online learning portal, and all resources provided throughout the 3-month period.

Session Recordings: Recordings of live calls are available in the learning portal for those who cannot attend live sessions. It is the participant’s responsibility to access the recordings and other resources.

4. Commitment and Responsibilities

Active Participation: We encourage active participation in live sessions, completing exercises, and engaging with fellow participants in the community. Results depend on the level of personal commitment and engagement.

Home Practice: Each participant is responsible for completing any home practices or exercises as part of the program to maximize their experience.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Data Use: Your personal information is used solely for program administration and communication purposes from Susan Lazar Hart.

Privacy: We respect your privacy and do not share, sell, or distribute your information to third parties.

6. Intellectual Property

Content Ownership: All materials, exercises, recordings, and resources provided in the Congruent Living Academy are the intellectual property of Susan Lazar Hart and are intended for personal use only.

Prohibited Sharing: You agree not to share, copy, or distribute any content provided within the program without explicit written permission.

7. Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: We are committed to resolving any concerns or disputes amicably. If you experience an issue, please contact us at hello@susanlazarhart.com so we can work towards a solution.
