Join the Kick-Off Call on Thursday, September 19 at 1 p.m. Eastern.
- Join the private Facebook group for daily boosts with affirmations, prompts, and inspiration. This keeps your energy focused on what you want.
- Every Monday, you will receive a short video training with an exercise to practice every day that week. If you miss a day, that's OK! Just start the practice again.
- Every Thursday, you're invited to join the live group laser coaching call. You will receive support to shift your old thoughts and beliefs so you can adopt and integrate new ones.

- What if I miss a daily reset?No worries! Each session is available for replay in an online learning portal where you can watch at your convenience.
- How much time is needed?Each day’s session introduces simple yet impactful practices without demanding much time. The video at the beginning of each week is no longer than 15 minutes. The daily exercise will take an average of 10 minutes per day. Our live Q&A call on Thursdays is 45 minutes.
- How much will change in 21 days?
I can't promise you results; however, I can promise that I will provide some of the life-changing tools I have taught thousands of people. The tools are simple yet transformative when you apply them. Even a 1% change in your thoughts, beliefs, and habits can significantly improve what you're creating 21 days from now. - What if I miss one of the live calls?Everything is posted in the private Facebook group and in an online learning portal that you can access anytime. Many students in my programs revisit content again and again and you'll be able to do that easily in the learning portal.
- How can I get my questions answered during the challenge?Bring your questions to the live call each week. If you can't attend the live call, you can post your question in the Facebook group. Then, I'll either answer your question in the Facebook group or on the call so you can have it on the recording when you listen to the replay.
- What if I'm not on Facebook, will I miss out?You won’t miss out! While being on Facebook isn’t necessary, joining the live calls can really enhance your experience. You’ll get the weekly training, workbook, and tools no matter what, but making an effort to join the calls will help you connect with others and get the most out of the program. We’d love to see you there and have you be an active part of the community!
- I'm an introvert, how much do I have to share in the Facebook group or group calls?You can engage as little or as much as you would like. Do what works for you. There is no pressure to show up a certain way.
